Reefler would never send you a password. We advise you to immediately reset your password here.

How secure is Reefler?

Reefler is secured in such a way that it is not possible to sign without a username and password. In addition, the environment is secured through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and we use encryption for secure connection. The communication is encrypted with a 256-bit encryption. This can be recognized by "https" in the URL (the web address bar) and a lock on your screen. If you double-click the lock icon, you can check whether you have a secure connection with Reefler.

What can I do to increase the security of Reefler

As a user, you can increase security by some simple measures:

  • Do not accept unsafe items in the secure environment. If you are asked whether you want to continue, always choose no.
  • Always make sure you are in the secure environment (you will see a lock icon on your screen).
  • Make sure 'https' in the URL (the web address bar. The S stands for 'secure'.
  • Change your password frequently.
  • Never give your username and/or password to anyone. We will never ask for them.
  • Do not write down your username and password anywhere. Keep them in a good password manager.
  • Avoid the use of insecure passwords, such as a birth date, first or last name.
  • Make sure you keep your browser software and operating system up-to-date.

Reefler sets high standards for security. That is why Reefler applies a variety of security methods and security techniques. However, there can never be 100% protection guaranteed against criminal activitiesguaranteed.

What characteristics are required for my password Reefler?

Your password must be at least 6 characters. It is recommended to use punctuation. The password is case sensitive.

A few tips to prevent abuse:

  • Use punctuations: point (.) and just dash (-) and underscore (_) and !, @, #, $, %.
  • Do not choose an obvious password. Do not use a password that consists of personal information.
When do I get paid?

For different payment methods we use different payout moments. We also maintain a minimum balance before we pay.

When you choose to pay out 4 times per month, we pay on the 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of each month with the exception of weekends and holidays.

The minimum credit is composed of the outstanding credit minus transaction costs. The outstanding credit that you see in your account is not equal to the minimum credit, because transaction costs are deducted from it.

If your credit is too low at the moment that it would be paid, it automatically moves to the next pay moment until there are more funds in the account.
